mould material such as metals, plastics, ceramics,.....which adopt different laser source and laser power options for marking on mould surface with microstructures and precision pattern
How we choose the laser power and laser type and machine model
1. Laser source type
Optical fiber laser source 1064nm wavelength applications working on: metal stainless steel, aluminum, gold, silver, brass, titaninum.... metal materail , and also can marking on some plastic material such as : polyethylene, plycarbonate, ABS, PVC,PE..... etc
CO2 laser source 1064nm~935nm wavelength application working on non-metal materials: wood, glass, leather, paper, plastic, acylics, bamboo...... etc
UV laser source 355nm wavelength application working on most materail like glass, leather, plastic, crystal, and visible marking on metal materail
Green laser source 532nm wavelength application working on PCB marking, mirror, glass , film, diamond......etc
YAG laser source 1064nm wavelength application working on plastic with high pulse peak frequency which suit for most platic removal coated materail without head affect
2. Laser machine functions
3D laser marking which used achieve high-precision and high-efficiency marking with fine laser beam. with 3D dynamic focusing system and flexible Z direction machining dimensions, also ensure free marking slope, curved, and other complex mould surfaces with particularly deepth engraving .
